Our web application assists people who have lost their job because of pregnancy or parenting-related discrimination to protect their legal rights. Based on your responses to a series of easy to understand questions, the app will automatically generate a draft unfair dismissal claim that argues your case and meets all legal requirements. You can then review and submit it to the Fair Work Commission directly from the app. It’s free to use, requires no downloads and covers all Australian states and territories.
