Mibba is the AI-powered digital coworker for French notarial offices. Connected to the office’s existing practice-management software, email and documents, it gives teams a live view of every matter: current stage, missing documents, blockers, deadlines, supporting evidence and next action. Mibba prepares client updates, email replies, follow-ups, meeting briefs and office-specific workflows for human validation. It also turns signed deeds and client interactions into a structured, source-linked view of each client’s family, assets and history, helping the office identify relevant advisory opportunities. Every important answer points back to its source; sensitive actions require human approval; data is hosted in France and is not used for model training.
